Time Off Bandit for iPhone

Time Off Bandit Privacy Policy

Updated September 25, 2026

The Time Off Bandit app does not send your plans or personal data to the developer. Optional support messages and TestFlight testing are described below.

Your plans and settings

Your time-off plans, balances, holidays, and settings are stored on your device. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.

Plain-English entry

Plain-English entry uses Apple Intelligence on your iPhone. What you type is processed on your device and is never sent to us or any third party.

Add to Calendar

If you turn on Add to Calendar, Time Off Bandit writes your planned time off to a “Time Bandit” calendar in Apple Calendar. It does not read events from or change your other calendars. Turning the setting off removes that calendar.

The calendar is created in your default calendar account when available. Depending on your calendar account settings, these events may sync through iCloud or another calendar provider. Time Off Bandit does not send them to the developer.

Reminders

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. Time Off Bandit only learns whether you own Time Bandit Pro.

TestFlight beta testing

If you test a beta through TestFlight, Apple may share tester information, usage statistics, crash reports, and feedback with the developer to help improve the app. This is separate from the app’s local storage of your time-off plans. Read Apple’s TestFlight privacy information.

Contact

Time Off Bandit is developed by Michael McCullough. For privacy questions or support, email macrilege@gmail.com. If you contact us, we use the information you choose to send to respond to your request.
